08 December - Academic visit from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FKH), Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK), Aceh

On December 8, 2025, ARASC, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Penang, received an academic visit from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FKH), Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK), Aceh. The delegation was led by the Dean of FKH, Drh Teuku Reza Farisyi, together with the Deputy Dean of Academic Affairs, Prof Dr Drh Erwin, and was welcomed by the Director of ARASC, Dr Isma Suzyta Ismail.

This visit provided space for discussions on academic collaboration and the preparation of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to strengthen bilateral cooperation. Through the strategic collaboration and the MoA being drafted, ARASC USM and FKH USK are committed to opening up more dynamic research opportunities, enhancing expertise development, and driving innovation for the advancement of Veterinary Science in the region.
