17 May 2026 - Sustainability Week: USMFIT 2.0
Sustainability Week: USMFIT 2.0 will bring together the Health Campus community through a series of activities that integrate health, fitness and environmental sustainability. The programme includes a tree-planting activity as a symbol of commitment towards environmental conservation, followed by recreational and fitness activities such as aerobics, brisk walking and plogging along the campus jogging route. The programme also serves as a platform to strengthen the spirit of togetherness among campus members through meaningful participation in activities that benefit individuals, society and the environment.



Cultivating a culture of sustainability begins with small changes that are consistently practised in daily life. Simple actions such as maintaining a clean environment, reducing waste generation, practising recycling and appreciating natural resources can create a significant long-term impact. Through this approach, members of the campus community are encouraged to embrace sustainable practices as part of their working culture and daily lifestyle.
