This initiative has brought positive impact to ARASC staff by improving digital literacy, reducing manual workload, and fostering a culture of smart and innovative work practices. With this exposure, staff are now better equipped to integrate technology into their daily tasks, thereby strengthening the department’s capacity to deliver services more efficiently and effectively.
